Reservation Policies

Children's Policies:

  • Infants from 0 to 2 years old: Not accepted
  • Children from 2 to 10 years old: Not accepted
  • Children from 11 years old are considered adults

Pet Policy:

  • Pets: Not accepted

Payment Policies:

  • To guarantee the reservation you must make the 50% payment before 17:00 the following day by credit card or transfer.
  • Once the subscription is made, please send a copy of the receipt to posadacaracol@caracolgroup.com.
  • If you do not receive the payment within the established period, your reservation will be canceled without prior notice.
  • Payment of the balance must be made 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

  • In case of cancellation notified up to 15 days before arrival, no penalty will be charged and the payment will be reimbursed. There may be administrative expenses. The refund can take up to 15 days.
  • In case of cancellation notified between 14 and 8 days before arrival, the amount paid will not be refunded but may be used as credit for a future reservation within a year. Rates may vary and are subject to availability.
  • In case of cancellation notified from 7 days before arrival, a penalty of 100% will be charged and the amount paid will not be refunded and can not be used as credit for a future reservation.
  • In case of no show, late arrivals or early departures a penalty of 100% will be charged and the amount paid will not be refunded and can not be used as credit for a future reservation.
